Where we are able to resell your booking we will credit or refund the amount resold, though please be aware this may be a partial amount if the original booking was several hours/passengers. During peak periods our team are often busy with briefings and guests during the day so it may take us a day or two to process the refund, rest assured we will be in touch as soon as possible.
In the event that it is necessary for us to cancel your booking a full refund or rebooking will be given.
